It was such a joy to lead “The Power of Feminine Leadership Event”. Women worldwide are being called to a greater purpose using their Feminine Power. There is a common misunderstanding that Feminine Power is a version of Masculine Power that is controlling and domineering. It is my purpose to help women and men understand that Feminine Power is a force for the greater good of our world and is inclusive of our men and children.
My experience consistently shows that when women are empowered everyone wins. Feminine Leadership is about living your passion in a heart-centered way and contributing the feminine qualities of joy, nurturing, love, compassion, collaboration and intuition to a world that is open to receive its beauty. Relationships are being highly challenged during these changing times as we are redefining roles that have endured generations and have impacted our evolution.
Big changes and shifts always create upheaval as we adjust to a new paradigm of the Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine Energies. Feminine Leadership begins with the relationship we have with ourselves and leading ourselves first. It requires attending to and nurturing our own Feminine Essence so we come from a place of inner abundance so that serving the world becomes a joyful state of beingness.
