Happy Valentine’s Day! In Numerology February is a 2 month and 2 is about Love. 2 is also the Vibration that asks us to really look at what's going on at an emotional level. Love is feminine energy and Love definitely makes the world go round. It is the most transformational energy.   Movies, songs, books, poetry, fashion, food, make-up and all that Life consists of revolve around it. Love gives us our highest joy and our deepest grief. It helps us step beyond our limitations and makes us feel anything is possible. Love always finds a way. Love is the elixir of living your Magnificence! February is a great month to look deeper and open your heart more to the Love for yourself, your family, your community and the world. Lead with Love

One of the most effective ways to create transformation for your tribe is by leading with Love. Here are 3 ways to let Love be the power that fuels you to change the World.

1. Set the Intention

You must of course have the Intention to let Love be the center of your Leadership. In your essence you are Love. As a Leader you are a beacon of Light to others who are inspired by your leading. You serve and act as a stepping stone for others to reach their dreams. So set the Intention to become a beacon of Love and light up the world in ways that only you can.

2. Nurture your Foundation

You must have a strong foundation to lead with Love. Your foundation consists of the people around you that love and support you and that you love and support back. It requires you to be open to receiving the love that fills you up and giving it back many fold. Prioritize the attention you give to your Foundation and put it at the top of your list. Regardless of what else you do to build yourself up it is your Foundation that will nurture your heart the deepest and allow you to change the World by leading with Love.

3. Heal your Heart

When you are called to be a Leader you will also be called to do the inner work to heal your own wounds and grow and blossom in ways that you never thought were possible. It will require of you to listen to your heart and have the courage to march to the beat of your own drum. Have faith that it is absolutely possible for you to play your very own song and share your passion with the people who are waiting to hear and receive it.
