TAGR Desire

Every achievement begins with a desire. If your desires are vague, your focus will be blurred. If your desires are from the heart your focus will be crystal clear and laser sharp.  Whatever you focus on you will create. As a coach I place utmost importance on helping my clients define their desires so I can help them get what their heart really wants.

The word desire invokes the feelings of longing. Of really really wanting something  with passion and intensity. It is in this frequency that magic happens. Your true desire is an expression of your soul.

The Women at the Ritz brand is a result of a burning desire to bring women from all walks of life and backgrounds in the luxurious, beautiful environment they deserve to nurture and support their expansion as today’s world changing Feminine Leaders. They lead themselves first by listening to and honoring their own desires so they can be of more service to those around them.

The desire for connection, for joy, beauty, collaboration and transformation is what bought amazing women together at the Ritz. They manifested an experience that their hearts longed for and they demonstrated the power of our quote: “Anything is possible…. because you desire it!”

Here are 3 tips to access the power of your desires.

1.     Write them down

I invite you to take your journal or notebook and allow yourself to write down your longings. The tiny ones and the big ones. The ones that make you stay awake at night, the ones that that make you come alive, the ones that make you afraid, the ones that want to make you run towards them or run from them, the ones you can’t or don’t want to live without. Write them all down. Choose one that you want to focus on. What is your current longing?

2.    Stay open to the surprises of the Universe

Be open to the messages and synchronicities  you see and experience every day. They offer the guidance and insight you need to live your desires. This is where the real fun begins. Once you have identified your desires you will encounter people who will support you, attract the opportunities that open up doors, find books and courses that give you the knowledge you need and ideas that help you nurture and grow the seed of your desire. Your job is to say Yes!

3.    Trust and let go

To bring in your new desire you will have to give up something of a lower order for something of a higher order. To say no to the good so you can say yes to the great. You will have to let go of what is not serving you anymore for something that will transform you. To question old beliefs and develop new attitudes. Create space for what is meaningful to you.
